SILKinCOM was born in the heart of Europe's oldest silk district. Six centuries of textile know-how live in the hands of our masters — from the historic dye-houses of Cernobbio to the spinning mills of Bellagio, each step remains entrusted to those who know silk as a mother tongue.
We select only noble fibres: Como silk, extra-fine cashmere, merino wool, European linen, extra-long staple cotton. We craft each piece one by one, with hand-finished hems, along the shores of the lake that has always inspired our aesthetic: discreet, timeless, profoundly Italian.
Cashmere comes from the soft fleece of goats that live in the coldest regions of Central Asia. Only the finest fibres are selected.
Wool has accompanied humanity for millennia. From sheep raised in the purest regions comes a natural fibre.
Como silk has roots in the 15th century, when the first spinning mills made the city a global reference point. Today, this heritage translates into a supply chain that unites artisan mastery and contemporary innovation.
European linen, grown in France and Belgium, is among the oldest and noblest natural fibres.
SILKinCOM selects extra-long staple cotton, grown in the most suitable regions of the Mediterranean and Egypt.
