The site www.silkincom.com is operated by Marco Dibenedetto, sole proprietor of SILKinCOM, VAT 03786790133, registered office Via Giuseppe Verdi 2/B, 22072 Cermenate (CO), Italy.

The products sold through the Site are accessories in silk, cashmere, wool, linen and cotton, designed and made in the Como silk district. Images are illustrative only: small variations in colour or appearance are normal for handcrafted products.

All prices are expressed in Euro (EUR), VAT included for shipments within the EU. For non-EU shipments, any customs duties and import taxes are at the customer's expense.

The submission of an order constitutes a purchase offer. The contract is concluded with the acceptance confirmation sent by email. SILKinCOM reserves the right to refuse orders in case of product unavailability, incorrect payment data or suspicion of fraud.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and bank transfer. Payments are handled by PCI-DSS certified providers. SILKinCOM does not store credit card data.

Shipping times and costs are detailed on the Shipping page. SILKinCOM is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the order. Methods and conditions are detailed on the Returns and Refunds page.

All products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

For consumers, the competent court is that of the place of residence or domicile. For other disputes, exclusive jurisdiction is Como.

This contract is governed by Italian law and EU rules applicable to electronic commerce.
