Customers worldwide can return items purchased within 14 days of receipt of the order. Some jurisdictions (e.g. UK, USA, Canada, Australia) provide longer periods; in such cases, SILKinCOM will apply the most favourable term provided by local law.
To request a return, fill in the contact form in the Contact section of the Site, indicating the order number, purchase details and the product to be returned. You will receive return shipping instructions within 24–48 hours.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of incorrect or defective products. Original delivery charges will not be refunded. We recommend using tracked shipping with insurance.

After receipt and inspection of the return, SILKinCOM will issue the refund within 14 working days, using the same original payment method. The refund will concern only the product price, excluding any import taxes, customs duties or shipping costs, which remain at the customer's expense.
