Withdraw online · art. 54-bis Italian Consumer Code
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods.
Within 14 days of receiving your order (or the last item, for multiple shipments). You may also withdraw before delivery.

We will refund you within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of their return shipment.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalised goods, nor to sealed goods opened after delivery for hygiene reasons.
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. You return the goods at your own expense to the address provided in the instructions sent by email. Different rules apply to defective or non-conforming goods: in that case the return costs are borne by SILKinCOM (legal guarantee of conformity).
The exercise of the right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions, without prejudice to the mandatory rights granted to the consumer by the Consumer Code. The withdrawal must be exercised, on pain of forfeiture, within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the goods. The goods must be returned intact, in the same condition in which they were received, not used beyond what is strictly necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, and complete in all their parts, including tags, labels, seals, original packaging and any accessories and free gifts. Pursuant to Article 57(2) of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; SILKinCOM therefore reserves the right to withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to such diminished value. The return is carried out at the customer's care and expense, and the customer must retain and provide suitable proof of shipment; the refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until evidence of return shipment is provided, whichever is earlier. Goods made to measure or clearly personalised, and sealed goods that have been opened after delivery for reasons of hygiene or health, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
