RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. Return period

Customers worldwide can return purchased items within 14 days of receiving their order.
Some jurisdictions (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Australia) provide for longer periods; in such cases, SILKinCOM will apply the most favorable term provided by local law.

2. How to request a return

To request a return, fill out the contact form in the Contact section of the Website, indicating:

the order number,

the purchase data,

the product to be returned.

You will receive return shipping instructions within 24–48 hours.

3. Conditions for accepting returns

To be accepted, the product must:

not have been worn, washed or damaged;

be returned in the original packaging and with labels intact;

be in suitable condition for resale.

SILKinCOM reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or that show signs of use.

4. Excluded products

The following cannot be returned:

customized or made-to-measure products;

items on sale or on promotion, if indicated in the product sheet;

opened or used items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.

5. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an incorrect or defective product.
The original delivery charges will not be refunded.
We recommend using tracked and insured shipping.

6. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the return, SILKinCOM will process the refund within 14 working days, using the same payment method used originally.

The refund will only cover the price of the product, excluding any import taxes, customs duties, or shipping costs, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact customer service immediately via the contact form or email: silkincom.business@gmail.com

SILKinCOM will cover the full cost of collection and replacement or, alternatively, will refund the full amount paid.

8. International Customers and Customs Duties

For orders outside the European Union, any import taxes or customs duties applied by the destination country are non-refundable.
In the case of international returns, these costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

9. Local exceptions

This policy is drawn up in accordance with international consumer protection standards (EU, UK, US, CA, AU).
In the presence of more favorable national regulations for the customer, SILKinCOM will apply the most advantageous condition provided by the law of the buyer's country.
